Terms of Service

1. The service

CadenceAlpha analyzes audio tracks and lyrics you upload and generates synchronized subtitle files (.ASS / .SRT), with an editor to refine them. The service is provided in beta: features may change, be limited, or be discontinued without notice.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the music, lyrics and video you upload, and to the subtitle files you generate. You must own or control the necessary rights to any content you upload. Don't upload content that infringes someone else's copyright.

We process your uploads only to provide the service (audio analysis, alignment, styling) and don't use them to train models without your explicit consent.

3. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt the platform, scrape other users' content, resell access, or use the service for unlawful content.

4. Plans and billing

The Free Beta plan is free while the beta lasts. Paid plans (Creator, Studio) are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of availability or fitness. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
